As per the announcement of Education Minister Govind Singh Dotasra, Rajasthan REET Exam 2020 would be conducted in February 2021. The application process would begin in November to fill up 31000 Teacher posts in the state.
He further added that the Rajasthan Board will begin the application process for Rajasthan REET Exam 2020 in November. In February 2021, the Rajasthan Eligibility Examination for Teachers is to fill up 31000 Grade 3 teachers posts.
The state government is planning to give relaxations in the eligibility criteria to some categories for the examination. For the purpose, the government is amending some rules which would likely be completed by this month. The application process for Rajasthan REET Exam 2020 would begin soon after the completion of amendment.
Rajasthan Board of Secondary Education will conduct the REET exam. The Board has decided to conduct the exam in February. It is all by keeping in view the less pressure of work between November to February. The Board has also decided to conduct the Rajasthan Board Exam 2021 in April because of the pandemic.
Approval of the Chief Minister
Soon after the REET 2020 examination results are declared, the education department will fill 31,000 Teachers’ posts. On October 14, the Chief Minister of Rajasthan, Ashok Gehlot approved the proposal for recruitment of grade 3 Teachers.
Though, soon after the CM’s approval, the Education Minister announced to conduct the REET exam.
“Chief Minister has given relief to millions of unemployed in Rajasthan. It is by approving the proposal sent regarding the recruitment of 31 thousand third grade teachers. Very soon the official notification for NEET examination will be released and the exam will be held.”

Though, this recruitment drive approved, 2489 temporary posts in 282 graded government secondary schools. Out of which 104 posts of Headmaster, 1692 of Senior Teacher, 411 of Teacher, and 282 posts of Junior Assistant.
